| For
a show at Gavlak in West Palm Beach, Florida, I made
5 sweaters. The front all said "Everything I touch
turns to $old" and were visible through the front
window of the gallery. The backs, visible from inside,
had several different prices listed. The sweaters are
made of yellow and green merino wool and gold lurex.
The more gold there is in the sweater, the higher the
price. The sweater that says "Buy this sweater
off my back $25,000.00" is gold and green with
no yellow at all. |
