Optimism isn't a bad thing, but it didn't really work out this time around. The front of the sweater says "JOHN KERRY WILL WIN!" The back says "GEORGE BUSH WILL LOSE! GET HIM OUT." The John Kerry side of the sweater features a line of people holding hands to signify Kerry's commitment to THE PEOPLE. The other side of the sweater has some design elements, but nothing pictorial, though perhaps I should have knitted in some oil rigs. The upper part of the back (cut off in this picture) says "VOTE 2004." The sleeve is signed with my initials "LAA" and the year "2004."
