Everything I touch turns to $OLD.

I saw this sentiment on a bus bench advertising a real estate agent in Koreatown. Wool is starting to get expensive, so I thought I'd give it a try. Sometimes if you say something, it becomes true. So here goes. The back says "Buy this sweater off my back $5000.00. Five grand ought to buy a lot of wool. There's really no point in selling sweaters at a reasonable price. I don't want to be making $200.00 sweaters for everyone. I'm not a production knitter and I don't want to be one. People keep asking me if I want to sell at stores. My answer is this: pay me $5000.00 per sweater and I'll sell them anywhere.

The sweater front and back motifs include dollar signs, cents signs, and Euro signs. I probably should have also included Yen to increase the scope of my market. Next time.

One sleeve says "Bling Bling Ka Ching." The other has my initials and the year.

The material is merino wool. It's so soft and elegant.
